These Terms & Conditions apply to all members enrolled under the Standard Membership (₹1,500/year) and the Premium Membership (₹24,000/year) offered by Dharte.

    • Validity: The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.

    • Non-Refundable: All membership fees are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • Membership Benefits: Benefits listed under each membership plan are subject to change, improvement, or upgrade at Dharte’s discretion.

    • Eligibility for Participation: To participate in any Dharte event or listing, the member must belong to one of the approved categories:
      Healing • Wellness • Sustainability • Arts • Conscious Products • Retreats/Venues.

    • Behavior & Conduct: Members must maintain respectful and professional conduct at all events, workshops, webinars, and networking groups. Dharte reserves the right to remove members from any group or event in case of misconduct.

    • Non-transferable: Membership cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to another individual or brand.

    • Data & Privacy: Members agree to receive communication via WhatsApp, email, and phone related to events, opportunities, promotions, and updates.

    • Promotion Rights: By joining, members grant Dharte the right to use their name, brand, images, and event photos for promotional purposes.

    • Event Access: Free entry to Dharte events applies only to members, unless specified otherwise.

    • Directory Listing & Verification: Verification and listing will be done within 7 working days after registration.

    • Networking Groups: Members must follow group guidelines. Spamming or irrelevant promotion is not allowed.

    • Selling Services: Members are responsible for the delivery, quality, and pricing of their services. Dharte does not take responsibility for disputes between members and their customers.

    • Monthly Promotional Webinar/Event:Each premium member receives one promotional event/webinar per month. Missed or unused months cannot be carried forward or compensated.

    • Pre-Event Promotions: Dharte will create the flyer, send invites, and promote the event across its network. Members must provide all required information at least 5 days before the scheduled event.

    • Event Execution:For online events, Dharte will host and manage the Zoom session. For offline events, Dharte promotes and supports, but the member/venue will conduct the event.

    • Post-Event Deliverables: Dharte will share event photos/screenshots and post on social media. Members may be tagged from Dharte's official platforms.

    • Content & Accuracy: Members must provide correct details about their service or product. Dharte is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the member.

    • No Guarantee of Sales: Dharte promotes the event, but does not guarantee attendance, conversions, or sales.

    • Scheduling: Dharte reserves the right to schedule the monthly webinar based on availability, audience engagement, and technical requirements.

    • Dharte is not responsible for technical issues, platform downtime, or unexpected disruptions during online events.

    • Dharte does not take responsibility for results, earnings, or customer acquisition.

    • Dharte reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any membership benefit with prior notice.

    • By completing the membership payment, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions above.
