Terms & Conditions

Cancellation by User

You may cancel your booking or registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled event or service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Dharte

In the unlikely event that Dharte cancels an event or service, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity and issue a full refund.  Alternatively, at our discretion, you may be offered a rescheduled date or an equivalent service in lieu of a refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation or event change. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative means of reimbursement.

Non-Refundable Charges & Exceptions

Any service or registration fees explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund, unless Dharte cancels the service. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the event) will not be entitled to a refund.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at **hello@dharte.in** with your booking details and request.  We will send you a confirmation of cancellation and details regarding your refund.

Modifications

If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event. Depending on availability, we may offer a different date or time instead of a refund.
