Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by User

All bookings and registrations made with Dharte are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking or are unable to attend the event or service for any reason, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Dharte

In the unlikely event that Dharte cancels an event or service, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity and either:

  • issue a full refund, or

  • at our discretion, offer a rescheduled date or equivalent service in lieu of a refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are only applicable when Dharte cancels an event or service.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation and will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of reimbursement.

If you wish to cancel your booking (user-initiated, non-refundable) or have questions regarding a cancellation by Dharte, please email us at hello@dharte.in with your booking details. We will respond with the status of your booking and, where applicable, details of any refund or reschedule option.

Modifications

If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at hello@dharte.in. Rescheduling is subject to availability and Dharte’s discretion, and does not imply eligibility for a refund.
