What is Dharte Membership?

Dharte Membership is an annual membership that gives you access to selected community benefits, events, networking opportunities, and promotional support depending on your plan.

Does Dharte take any commissions?

No. Dharte does not take commissions from its members. The only fee charged by Dharte is the annual membership fee.

Who can become a member?

Membership is available to individuals and businesses that are legally eligible to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law.

When does my membership begin?

Your membership begins once payment is successfully received and your membership is activated by Dharte.

How long is the membership valid for?

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation, unless otherwise stated by Dharte in writing.

Is the membership fee refundable?

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law or where Dharte is unable to provide the membership after accepting payment.

Does membership guarantee business, sales, clients, media coverage, or income?

No. Dharte provides access, visibility, networking, and promotional opportunities, but does not guarantee leads, bookings, partnerships, sales, income, media coverage, or commercial results.

Are members responsible for their own services, retreats, products, and claims?

Yes. Each member is solely responsible for their own products, services, retreats, pricing, taxes, licences, permits, claims, advertisements, customer support, safety standards, and legal compliance.

Can Dharte change events, benefits, or programming?

Yes. Event schedules, venues, speakers, campaign timing, and member benefits may change from time to time based on availability, operations, safety, or other practical reasons.

How will Dharte use my information?

Dharte may use member information for membership administration, event communication, networking coordination, and agreed promotional activity, in line with its privacy policy and applicable data laws.

Is Dharte responsible for third-party members, promoters, facilitators, venues, or buyers?

No. Dharte is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, conduct, payments, disputes, or performance of third parties introduced through the community.

Which law applies to the membership?

Membership is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes should be handled in accordance with Dharte’s terms, including jurisdiction and/or arbitration provisions.

Are travel, food, stay, or third-party venue charges included in Standard Membership?

No. Membership covers access benefits only unless a specific event clearly states otherwise.

Does “free access to all events” mean guaranteed entry?

Not always. Some events may require prior RSVP, registration approval, limited seating, partner confirmation, or venue capacity restrictions.

Can every Standard Member become a promoter?

Members may apply or be considered to become promoters, but approval is at Dharte’s discretion and may be subject to separate eligibility, conduct, and payout rules.

Does promoter access guarantee earnings?

No. Referral or promoter earnings are never guaranteed and depend on actual conversions, valid transactions, and applicable promoter terms.

Can Dharte change promoter structures or referral terms?

Yes. Dharte may revise promoter structures, campaign eligibility, payout timelines, or referral rules at any time.

What is included in Premium Membership?

Premium Membership includes: • Up to 12 featured campaigns per year, usually up to 1 per month • Targeted marketing support to help you reach a wider audience • Access to promoter connections that may help market or sell your products, services, or retreats through commissions

What does “12 featured campaigns” mean?

It means Dharte may feature your brand, offering, retreat, service, or profile up to 12 times in a membership year, subject to scheduling, campaign format, content approval, and operational capacity.

Are the 12 featured campaigns guaranteed on fixed dates?

No. Campaign timing is subject to Dharte’s editorial calendar, marketing schedule, team availability, and receipt of your required content/materials on time.

Does Premium Membership guarantee sales, leads, media reach, bookings, or conversions?

No. Premium Membership offers enhanced visibility and targeted promotion, but Dharte does not guarantee specific business results.

What is “targeted marketing”?

Targeted marketing means Dharte may promote your offering through selected community channels, campaigns, introductions, or relevant audience outreach, as Dharte considers appropriate.

Can Dharte reject or edit promotional content?

Yes. Dharte may refuse, edit, postpone, or remove promotional content that is misleading, unlawful, offensive, infringing, low quality, or not aligned with Dharte’s values or standards.

Who is responsible for the content I submit for promotion?

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted content, images, testimonials, pricing, and claims are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe any third-party rights.

Will Dharte handle payments or customer disputes between me and promoters or buyers?

Unless expressly agreed in writing, no. Dharte may facilitate introductions, but commercial negotiations, commissions, fulfilment, payments, taxes, refunds, and disputes remain the responsibility of the relevant parties.

Are promoter commissions paid by Dharte?

Not necessarily. Where promoters are involved, commission structures may be separately agreed between the relevant parties and may be subject to individual campaign or promoter arrangements.

All Dharte memberships (Annual and Premium) are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a membership is purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage, partial usage, or change of plans.

Membership benefits are activated immediately upon successful payment. Benefits vary by membership type and are subject to the terms outlined on the membership page.

Promoter & Commission Model

Promoter involvement is subject to availability and alignment. Dharte does not guarantee sales outcomes or promoter engagement levels.

Members are expected to maintain respectful, ethical, and professional behavior within the Dharte community. Dharte reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund in case of misconduct, misuse, or violation of community values.

Use of Content & Media

By participating in Dharte events, members grant permission for photos, videos, and content to be used for promotional and community purposes unless stated otherwise in writing.
