Lenka Lorien (Kolárová) is a highly qualified somatic trauma therapist, craniosacral practitioner, yoga therapist, and intuition-led guide, with a rich training background in Europe and Southeast Asia . Starting as a graphic designer in Prague, her discovery of yoga, dance, and holistic healing led her to England in 2009, where she completed advanced training in craniosacral therapy, somatic experiencing (trauma work), Thai massage, Tension Releasing Exercises, and more.
